La Ferme de la Roche is first and foremost our main house that we make available to our charming guests during our absence. We fell in love with this old, secluded farmhouse more than a decade ago... Come and recharge your batteries in an extraordinary setting. The space The house has large volumes, being our main residence, you will find everything you need for a pleasant stay. - 1 Equipped kitchen (dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, Kitchenaid pastry robot...) with central island that can accommodate 4 people at the table. - 1 Back kitchen with microwave, washing machine, raclette machine, fondue machine, fryer... - 1 Large living room with dining area, 8-seater sofa with a table for 10 people, TV, connected speaker as well as many board games. - 1 children's playroom. - 2 Mezzanines, one for projecting films and the other with a workspace as well as a play area coming soon. - 1 bathroom with double sink and double shower column. - 1 bathroom with a sink, shower column, changing table and baby bath. - 2 separate toilets. Outside: - 1 garden furniture for 8 people and weber barbecue. - 1 outdoor sofa set with 5 seats, 2 armchairs, 2 footrests, 3 camp beds. - 1 Children's hut with slide, swing and sandbox. - 1 unheated above-ground pool with direct access from the living room from the French windows with lock and from the terrace through the gate with code lock. Other information: - Baby equipment: hanging crib, 2 folding cribs, 1 high chair, 1 Charlie Crane bouncer, floor mat with arch, bathtub and changing table. - Linens and towels provided. - Pets are allowed, towels are available to wipe them if it rains and the garden area of about 4000 m2 is enclosed by a wire fence. All traces of their passage must be removed indoors and outdoors. - Cleaning fee not included, to be requested as an option. Guest access You can fully use the accommodation except 3 rooms which correspond to: the technical room as well as the 2 bedrooms of our children in order to preserve their personal space. Other things to note I will wait for you for the key handover on Friday from 5pm and the departure will be no later than 5pm, possibility to adapt according to our schedule.
