La Ferme de la Roche is first and foremost our main house that we make available to our charming guests during our absence. We fell in love with this old, secluded farmhouse more than a decade ago... Come and recharge your batteries in an extraordinary setting. The space The house has large volumes, being our main residence, you will find everything you need for a pleasant stay. - 1 Equipped kitchen ( dishwasher, Nespresso pod coffee maker, toaster, kitchenaid pastry robot...) with central island that can accommodate 4 people at the table. - 1 Back kitchen with microwave, washing machine, raclette machine, fondue maker, deep fryer... - 1 large living room with dining area, 8 seater sofa with a 10-person table, TV, smart speaker as well as many board games. - 1 Kid's room. - 2 Mezzanines, one for filming and the other with a reading nook as well as a space with foosball. - 1 bathroom with double vanity and double shower column. - 1 bathroom with a vanity, shower column, changing table and baby bath. - 2 independent toilets. Outdoor: - 1 garden furniture for 8 people and weber barbecue. - 1 5 seater outdoor sofa living room, 2 armchairs, 2 footrests, 3 sunbeds. - 1 children's cabin with slide, swing and sandbox. - 1 unheated above ground pool direct access from the living room from the French doors with lock and from the terrace through the gate with code padlock. - 1 open-air hot tub when the pool gets cooler, making way for a moment of sweetness... Enjoy our outdoor hot tub, with its few bubbles, to extend the pleasures of the water, in peace and under the stars. Additional information: - Baby equipment: 3 cribs, 1 high chair, 1 Charlie Crane sunbed, floor mat with arch, bathtub and changing plan. - Sheets and towels provided. - Pets are allowed, at their disposal towels to wipe them off in case of rain and the garden area of about 4000m2 enclosed by a fence. Any traces of their passage must be removed indoors and outdoors. - Cleaning fee not included, to be requested as an option. Guest access You can make full use of the property, except for 3 rooms, which are the equipment room and our 2 bedrooms, in order to preserve our personal spaces. Other things to note I will be waiting for you for key handover on the day of your arrival from 5:00 p.m., and check-out will be no later than 5:00 p.m., with the possibility of adjusting this based on our schedule.
