The apartment is perfect for relaxation inside and out. The bedrooms are air-conditioned for your comfort and has plenty of storage. This is a middle floor apartment in a three story villa. Each apartment has its own separate private entrance & private parking, your very own bbq grill on your balcony Excellent WiFi throughout for working from home. Housekeeping will be on site to do a cleaning once weekly, (changing linens and towels). Guest access Infinity pool, parking on premises This Swimming Pool Addendum is attached to and becomes a part of the Rental and Lease Agreement on the property referenced above. The subject property has a (swimming pool) located thereon. The tenant(s) guest (s) will use the swimming pool the tenant’s or guest’s own risk. The owners will not be held responsible for the injuries sustained by the tenant and/or the tenant’s occupants or guests when using the swimming pool, and the tenant or guest will indemnify the owner for any actions resulting from injuries to tenant and/or tenant’s occupants or guests. I hereby voluntarily, at my own risk, sign this Waiver and Assumption of Risk in sole consideration of being permitted to use Chrissy’s Villa property & swimming pool. I hereby acknowledge and understand that there are dangers and risks associated with the activities described above, which have been fully explained to me. I hereby agree to abide by all rules, instructions, policies and procedures imposed by the Releaser relating to the use of the facilities or property. By signing this Waiver and Assumption of Risk, I fully assume the dangers and risks, and agree to use my best judgment while engaging in those activities. I further agree to indemnify and hold harmless the releaser, its employees, agents, officers, from and against any and all liability incurred as a result of or in any manner related to my participation in the activities. I hereby certify that I am of legal age and competent to execute this Waiver and Assumption of Risk, that in doing so of my own free will and accord, voluntarily and without duress, and that I do so intending to bind myself, my executor, my heirs, and administrators or assigns to the fullest extent. I have read and understood the foregoing, and acknowledge my consent to the terms of this Waiver & Assumption of Risk by signing this Waiver.
