The Hytte, 19 Greta Grove House

A large two bedroom, two bathroom second floor apartment in the very popular Greta Grove House. The lounge boasts fabulous views over the River Greta towards the Skiddaw range and it has the benefit of a passenger lift for easy access. The space The front door leads to a large L shaped hallway with electronic building access and a hall cupboard for coat and shoe storage. The kitchen is well equipped with an excellent range of utensils and equipment; crockery and glassware. It has a refrigerator and freezer, washing machine , electric oven and hob, microwave, slow cooker and dishwasher. The lounge room has spectacular views over the River Greta and the Howrahs, to Latrigg and the Skiddaw range beyond. It has two sofas, a dining table and chairs for 4, Smart TV and an electric fire. The Master Bedroom has a zip & link bed which can be either a Super King Bed or separated into two singles (must be requested at time of booking) double wardrobe and chest of draws and an ensuite with a toilet, wash hand basin and electric shower. The second bedroom is also a double room with a chest of draws. All beds have hypoallergenic duvets and pillows and good quality bedlinen. Towels are provided for guests and there is a hairdryer in each bedroom. The family bathroom has a bath with shower over, toilet, wash hand basin and shaver point. Greta Grove House is a quiet, low rise building with well-kept communal grounds, very close to the centre of Keswick. Booths supermarket is a minute’s walk away and you can be at Derwentwater and the Theatre by the Lake in 10 minutes. The apartment has a numbered parking space.
