Mars 4BHK Luxury Villa - BBQ + Garden + Bonfire

Mars 4bhk is located between Mussoorie and Dhanaulti. Both are 30 mins from here as such big villas are not near mall road. We have in-house gated parking , Road to villa is smooth and villa is on the main road. We have an in-house menu from where u can order food and the nearest market is 100 meters from villa. Market has Grocery shops , chemist , restaurants and wine shop. The kitchen in the villa has induction and microwave for basic cooking. The space BEDROOMS - The bedrooms have TV, electric kettle, attached bathrooms, sitting area and windows with valley views . - All rooms have king-sized beds. BATHROOMS - All attached. - All bathrooms have geysers, towels and basic toiletries. KITCHEN - Guests have access to the dry kitchen. - The Dry pantry in the villa has induction and microwave for basic cooking. - There is a fridge. - We have an induction and pans for basic cooking like eggs , Maggi Rest you can order from menu. - Crockery and cutlery can be provided upon request. - We have an in-house menu from where u can order food Lawn is common for everyone and for Internet we provide dongles. Balcony is attached to the living area and accessible by both the rooms. We have 1 music system which is shared by all units , Kindly pre book it before coming to avoid confusion. Also, We have a limited power back though power cuts are very rare in the area. Guest access The guests have access to the entire villa , The lawn is common . There are 2 floors here and each floor has 2 bedrooms with dry pantry and attached washroom , There are 4 entrances so that every room has there own access points The villa altogether is a 4bhk Other things to note We have two 4bhk villas here. Each floor is a private 2bhk with separate entrance and exit The lawn is common for everyone Villa allocation is as per availability on first come first serve basis. Photos of both are added on listing. Both villas are same exterior and interior wise . Lawn is common. We provide Induction and microwave only. Also, we have Inhouse Kitchen and menu is available, the timings will be from 8:30am till 10:30 pm (for last order) only. We can arrange the following on a chargeable basis: -Breakfast -Bonfire -BBQ -Heaters -Dish Cleaning *Subject to availability, Guests are requested to pre-book the services. Important Things to Note for Your Stay 1. For check-in, only the guests listed on your reservation will be admitted. Please ensure accurate guest numbers are provided when booking. 2. Children above 8 years of age will be considered as adults for bookings. 3. In accordance with government rules, please note that loud music is prohibited after 11 PM. Post 11pm guest can play the music inside the unit at nominal volume. 4. We allow a maximum of two pets. To help us maintain our furnishings, please ensure pets do not climb on the furniture. 5. Complimentary cleaning services will be provided every alternate day during your stay. 6. We can give a better price for longer stays 7. Also, we need prior intimation for check in after 9 pm
