To get to the lake, take the path to the right of the playset in the backyard. It’s about 30 to 40 steps to the lake. It takes about 3 to 4 minutes, once you get down there you will have lifejackets, kayaks and paddles and adirondack chairs to sit and relax at. You can bring your own floats if you want anything specific or fishing poles are great too! Other things to note Please note: •Check in is at 4 PM •Check out is at 11 AM •Early check-in or late check out is extra fee if it’s available. •No smoking inside- There will be a $500 smoking fee if smoking of any kind occurs in the home. •Stained linens- There will be a $50 linen fee applied per set if any sheets or towels have to be thrown out if smells or stains cannot be removed. •Cameras -The exterior of the house has camera coverage. This is for your safety and ours. •Please be mindful and courteous to the neighbors. Please limit loud outdoor music. •No tape on the walls. If paint is removed, there will be a $200 fee. Please note the pool is opened strictly for Memorial Day to Labor Day only! RULES: 1) This home is in a residential neighborhood.
