King size bed ,own bathroom with kitchenette ,microwave fridge Stroll across the road to the beach or walk along the walking trail which will take you all the way in to Port Lincoln. 10 minutes drive to the CBD of Port Lincoln North Shields 2 minutes away for fishing off the Jetty Take away and Service station 6 Minutes to the Airport 13 Minutes to Glen Forest Tourist Park 40 minutes to Coffin Bay The space Fully self contained Studio on 50 acre property, with own amenities. We have some sheep on the property and also lots of birdlife including Kookaburras if your lucky , plenty of little Blue wrens . Beautiful views of the bay if you take a walk up the top of the property with a creek flowing in winter down the side of the hill. You may receive the odd visit from our stable cat Kit Kat, she loves a pat. Guest access Access to your private suite is is via the left hand side of the property, room for your car , trailer boat or caravan if required. The boat ramp is a 5 min drive . The space is attached to our main residence but privacy is assured at all times. Other things to note Please note this is a non smoking property. Electric bikes available by request x 2
