Other things to note Guest picking up keys must be the same guest on booking (ID verification required at the check-in). Guest check-in with vehicle must follow the garage and parking rules. Parking and Garage Rules: Guests check-in with vehicle are required to wait for the parking garage door to fully close behind them when entering or exiting the parking garage. Violations of this rule subject individuals to a $150 fine per incident by the HOA. Guests are required to eSign the HOA’s “Rental Reservation Form & Community Rules” before check-in. Please understand the front desk staff is primarily here to assure security, enhance safety, and maintain the common areas of the property. No smoking 2. No pets 3. No parties 4. No loud conversations on the deck 5. The premises must be kept in the same condition as when the Renter(s) moved in (carpet, appliances, furniture, etc.) The Renter(s) will be responsible for all costs associated with repairs or replacements that are needed due to lost or damaged property, beyond reasonable wear and tear. 5.
