Private floor w/ 2 bedrooms & WC in shared house

House shared with host and two small poodles. Guests will have the second floor for themselves, with 2 bedrooms (150cm and 120cm bed), bathroom and living room. Shared kitchen on first floor. Parking right outside for one car. The house is located in Randaberg, about a 15 minute drive from Stavanger. 300 meters to the bus stop that will take you to Stavanger every 15/30 minutes. About 10 minute drive to the beach (Sandestranden or Randabergstranden) I live in the house with two small poodles The space The guests will have the second floor for themselves. This consists of two bedrooms, a bathroom and a big living room. Bedroom 1 is 13 m2 and has a 150cm double bed, wardrobe and a desk. Bedroom 2 is 10m2 and has a 120cm small double bed wardrobe and desk. The bathroom is 6m2 with shower. Large livingroom that is about 37m2 with a couch and TV. Entrance is on the first floor where there is also a shared kitchen. The host lives in the house on the first floor but will not be home a lot. Host has two miniature poodles.
