If they are added after booking, we will do a change to the reservation or request payment through the resolution center. *This property does require a Renters Agreement that will be sent with the Happy Guest House Guide. Please be mindful of our space we have created. We do allow small children and pets to stay, but please walk through and "baby/pet proof" the area when you arrive to ensure your little one does not get hurt and nothing breaks. Those bringing children: you agree that your children will be always supervised in this house and we understand accidents happen, if any damages caused by children please let us know proptly We appreciate it! • Please do not use the white bath towels to remove your make-up (black make-up towels are provided)-or to wipe up any spills or messes. We provide paper towels for that. • Sand is harsh! Please be sure to wash off sand before entering the property after a beach day!• Please do not move any furniture. • Please reserve eating for the dining areas provided, especially with children. Children should not bring food into bedroom/ living areas. • Please do not allow children to jump on the beds. • This is a smoke free and drug free home. No smoking/vaping allowed inside the property. If our home has been found to have been smoked in, a $500 fee will be imposed for professional ozone air purification and loss of use of the home during this process so we may continue to accommodate our guests. • No parties or events. Quiet time is 10 pm - 7 am. We have neighbors that live here. • Sub- leasing is not allowed. Those found to be sub- leasing our property will be fined $1,000 and the unapproved guests will be evicted immediately. Departure: • Checkout time is 10 a.m. firm. This allows our cleaner to get in and turn the unit in time for the next guests to arrive. Guests found to stay after 10 a.m. will be charged a $25 fee Certificate # 48456
