The house is located outside the village, surrounded by a high fence, ideal for family relaxation or unforgettable celebrations. The building is heated and cooled with 2 air conditioners and an old century-old stove. The house is equipped with all the amenities that would complete your enjoyment, from high-speed internet to social games for fun (billiards, darts, ) Guest access Sauna, ping pong table, billiards, beach volleyball, five-a-side football, handball Other things to note Small Societies Celebrations Maiden, 650 euros + 50 euros if you don't clean yourself For the bachelor party 750 euros + 50 euros for cleaning, same as for the bachelorette party Other celebrations by arrangement The house consists of 6 beds, plus 3 auxiliary (additional payment / price by agreement for 4 people) A deposit of 200 euros is left for celebrations ,which we return at check-out if there is no damage. So please be mindful of breaking the glass and the other things on the property.. thanks for your understanding, at the same time, you can enjoy the ride of the neighboring Zitno Brod on the Kupa River just 2 km from the property. We do not hold bachelorette and bachelor parties or any celebrations on the same day in July and August. The sauna is closed on April, May, June, July, and August.
