There are blooming fruit trees, colorful flowers, and many birds and animals that visit. The space The home is a 2 bedroom, 1 bath traditional Costa Rican home in an authentic, local community. It has a separate office with a dedicated work space and high-speed WiFi. The home has been fully remodeled as of March 2024; it has a brand new kitchen with Spanish tile and new appliances, a modern bathroom with warm water showers, a hand-crafted wood closet in the master bedroom, wood-inspired ceilings throughout, and a large veranda to enjoy coffee, tea, and meals outside while birdwatching and enjoying the sunrises/sunsets. It is welcoming, cozy, and surrounded by a fruit forest, a babbling creek, and tons of flowers and plants. Guest access Guests have access to the entire home and grounds. Our wonderful neighbor and property manager will welcome you to the home upon your arrival. As the property is also home to adorable ducks, geese, and chickens, please note that the property manager will need to come by to feed the animals daily. They are a lovely family and will be aware of your privacy and only access the outdoor areas in order to take care of the animals for a few minutes.
