Cozy home in Merredin

A 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom stand alone cottage, set up to make you feel right at home with everything you need for a comfortable stay including a continental breakfast. The house has big yards which are currently getting a makeover, but are enclosed ready to host your 4 legged companions. I can accommodate small children & babies with a portacot, highchair and stroller if required. A cupboard full of games, books & children's toys to keep the whole family entertained! The space There are 2 rooms, one with a double bed, the other with a queen bed. Both rooms have ceiling fans and bedroom 2 has reverse cycle air conditioning. A spare single mattress can be arranged at no extra cost. There is a laundry with a washing machine, a clothes airer & outdoor washing line Please note that the bathroom has a "shower bath" (See photo) so may not be accessible for some. Guest access The whole house will be avaliable for use. Cleaning is avaliable at an extra cost for stays longer than 7 days. Other things to note There is outdoor maintenance that is currently underway (new grass, plants etc. being installed) so please be aware that it is not yet pristine (but we will get there) Registration Details STRA6415BR26N8QC
