Cozy apartment in the heart of the Vercors massif with panoramic view Former resort of Col de l'Arzelier, located 35 min from Grenoble and 20 min from Vif The space The front door opens onto a small hallway where you have access to the bathroom and then to the toilet, which are separate. We then reach the very bright main room consisting of a fully equipped kitchen (even for your raclette and fondue) open to the living room. A cellar attached to it allows a good storage area. Finally, there is a bedroom separated from the living room by a curtain. From the living room you can enjoy a beautiful equipped terrace, facing south, with panoramic views of the Vercors chain. Guest access The Col de l'Arzelier resort is currently closed; however, you can enjoy cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, and sledding. In summer and winter, many hikes and mountain bike trails are accessible from the apartment. Within the resort, there is electric mountain bike rental, snack bar, restaurant... The nearest ski resort is in Gresse en Vercors, 20 minutes away. 30 minutes by car is the nautical base of Lake Monteynard: you can discover the Himalayan footbridges and practice all kinds of water activities: windsurfing, kitesurfing, wakeboarding, towed buoy...
