Aruba-home is located in the quiet district of Punto di Oro. It is a beautiful well maintained four-person bungalow about 3km away from Oranjestad and about 5km from one of the most beautiful beaches of Aruba "Eagle Beach" and "Palm Beach". The bungalow contains twice a double bedroom, one with separate beds. In addition, each room has a private bathroom with a shower and toilet. The space The property of the bungalow is fully walled, has its own garden and parking space. Of course, the house is equipped with an alarm system. There are also two camaras facing the front yard and parking lot. The Veranda and backyard do not have cameras because of your privacy. The bungalow has air conditioning in all the the rooms. Both bedrooms each have a private bathroom with a shower and toilet. Bed and bath linen are of course provided Normally one room is provided with a king bed the other with two single beds but if desired we can adjust the setup to your liking. The living room has a sitting area with sofa, tv and phone. The kitchen has a four-person dining table, generous refrigerator with freezer, stove, oven, dishwasher and has coffee and tea facilities. The spacious veranda has a lounge dinner set, there are four sunbeds and there are some beach chairs available, of course you can just use the washing machine. Of course, WIFI is available free of charge and the phone inside the island can be used free of charge Guest access Management; Property management is provided by Aruba Living Today. Upon arrival at the house you will be welcomed by your host/hostess. They'll make sure you receive the keys and explain everything to you. During your stay, you can always contact one of them with questions. Aruba Living Today may also provide additional services; - If desired, they can pick you up from the airport ($25) -The first groceries can be arranged for you so that there is a drink in the fridge on arrival and that breakfast is arranged for the first day. You will provide a grocery list in time. ( 25 dollars + of course groceries costs) For stays longer than three weeks, you will be offered a small interim cleaning from us at two weeks. If you would like to use this service more often, the manager can take care of this. Other things to note Consumption of water and electricity Water consumption is included in the rental fee up to 3m3 per week. Additional consumption is passed on for $11.00 per m3. Electricity consumption is included in the rental fee up to 120 kwh per week. Additional consumption is charged at $0.45 per kWh.
