Our house is a characteristic wooden vacation home from 1925. The house is located on the Veluwe. It is located freely on a fenced private piece of forest of about 3500 m2, on the edge of the village of Epe and the forest. The house has recently been completely renovated. The space The house is a wooden recreational home on the Veluwe. It is free, on the border of the village and the forest area. However, in the immediate vicinity there is a tennis court, with tennis hall and football fields. It is a unique place less than an hour's drive from Utrecht. You can walk or cycle from the house into the forests of the Veluwe. The house has 2 bedrooms and a spacious attic, with plenty of beds. The house is suitable for up to 6 people. Guest access The house and grounds are entirely at your disposal. The house has central heating. There is a cozy living room with a fireplace, a small kitchen with built-in appliances, oven and dishwasher. There are 2 bedrooms on the ground floor (2 x 2-person rooms with 2-person beds). One of the double rooms has a cot. There are 2 bathrooms, both with toilets and one with a shower. 1 Bedroom has its own sink. On the 2nd floor is a large sleeping loft with several beds. 1 double bed and 3 small single beds. The house was built by our great-grandparents and we have kept it as original as possible, but with the modern amenities of today. It is now managed by our family association, and if we cannot be there ourselves, we are happy to share this nice, unique place with others! Other things to note In all seasons, the atmosphere is different: in winter you can sit by the crackling fireplace and in summer in the large garden with fire pit, barbecue, OFYR, two verandas, lawn and terrace. In autumn, you can enjoy the beautiful colors in the forest.
