Casa Centrale is located one block from the main street of Marfa. From our front porch, you are just steps from coffee, shopping, art studios, bars and restaurants, and the stunning Presidio Co. Courthouse. The home is great for a couple wanting to get away or solo adventurers. Highlights of Casa Centrale include our beautiful back deck and large yard for night-sky gazing, AC, walk-in shower (with skylights), comfy bed, laundry room, well-appointed kitchen & dining room, and high-speed internet. The space This is a 1907 home, beautifully restored inside and out. Queen-sized bed, a custom dual-shower (with skylights), well-appointed kitchen, large living room, full dining room, sun room (with day bed), and a back deck and patio (with outdoor table and seating.) Enjoy the local art throughout our home (and ask if something catches your eye! We love supporting our local artists!) Guest access You'll have the entire home to yourselves, including the spacious deck, patio and backyard. Other things to note The sunroom, with daybed at the back of the home, can accommodate 1 additional guest. Please note: The bed is a single, and the space is not fully private (there are no shades on the sliders leading to the back deck and yard.) Kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, glassware, utensils/corkscrew, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, etc. Bath includes an assortment of complimentary hair and shower products, fresh towels and linens, and blow dryer. The backyard space includes chairs and a full picnic table for taking in warm afternoons, and stunning star-gazing evenings.
