Enjoy easy access to all importent places from this perfectly located property. Everything is within walking distance. The space The apartment consists of 3 Bedrooms, livingroom, kitchen and 1 bathroom. I rent out 2 bedrooms, the 3rd room is reservated for privat use. The 2 bedrooms have a double bed, desk, TV with satellite and firestick. Prime and Disney+ can also be used. You can choose one of them. All the rooms are on the 1st floor and have a door onto the balconies. There are fly screens in front of all windows and doors, wich keeps mosquitoes away. The kitchen is fully equipped and offers plenty of space for eating or just sitting. Guest access The apartment can be reached via stairs. So not barriere-free. But there are no steps in the apartment. Other things to note You can park in the large yard.
