Decorated to an impeccable standard, this property is the perfect base for families to explore Liverpool or business travellers looking for a stylish self-catering stay. The fully equipped kitchen and open-plan dining and living area offer plenty of space to relax, unwind, and enjoy home-cooked meals. The living area is designed with a three-seater sofa, complemented by two accent chairs and a wall-mounted TV. This space is perfect for relaxing with your loved ones, or setting up a workstation if you are logging on during your stay. The two double bedrooms are conveniently located on either side of the living room. The first bedroom on the right offers a double bed, a wardrobe, and your own access to a bathroom with a WC and a shower. The second bedroom on the left is also fitted with a double bed, a wardrobe, and an ideally located stool in front of the wall mounted mirror. This bedroom benefits from a large bathroom featuring a WC and bath with an overhead shower. Richmond Place 102 has floor to ceiling windows allowing plenty of light for a bright atmosphere and the apartment is conveniently fitted with blinds, so you can enjoy privacy at any time of the day. Guest access Guests have access to the full apartment. Access to the Richmond Place 102 is via a secure key safe and full details will be provided shortly before your arrival date. Pay and display carparks are nearby and details will be provided prior to your arrival. **Please be aware that whilst the building does have a lift, we cannot be held responsible if this does not work during your stay - this has not happened yet, but we do need to make guests aware.** Other Things to Note: The apartment is located within a residential building, as such this is not suitable for parties, events or celebrations and we have a strict policy against loud music or noise. We are unable to host groups of guests aged under 25 at this property. The check in time is 3pm and check out is 10am - unless told otherwise please stick to these times. An unauthorised late check out will incur a charge. Smoking is strictly prohibited and will incur a deep cleaning charge upon check out. Kindly note that we cannot accept parcels delivered to the apartment’s address and cannot be held responsible for any lost/damaged items. If you do require a parcel to be delivered during your stay, please contact us for our office address. Lastly, please note, during exceptionally busy periods we may need to gain access to the property to complete maintenance works. This is to keep the property in good order for your stay. We always give 24 hours notice of this unless there is an emergency which needs addressing sooner.
