Shekhar villa is located in the seaside village of Mithbav on the western coastline of Maharashtra. Walk up to Gajba Devi temple to experience peace and tranquility while enjoying the breathtaking views of Arabian sea. It's a treat for fish lovers, just wake up early and buy fresh live fishes from the returning boats out fishing through the night. Enjoy taking a stroll on the pristine beach, this is a perfect spot to relax and unwind. The space This is a 4 bedroom and 4 1/2 bathroom villa , can host 8 adults and 2-4 kids under the age 10. Outside- This is a fully fenced and gated house, 3-4 cars can be parked in the driveway. There are several coconut trees planted on the property along with many flower plants. There is a water well located right outside the house which provides water to the property. There's a tiled patio with outdoor furniture to enjoy sunsets. Direct access to the beach from the backyard. Inside- As you enter the house there's the living room with a formal dining space for 8 people. To your left is the kitchen equipped for light cooking and appliances like refrigerator, stove, water purifier, mixer and microwave. The kitchen also has a breakfast nook for up to 4-5 people. There is one bedroom with attached bathroom on this floor. On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms with attached bathrooms. One of the bedroom has a balcony attached with views of the ocean. Note- There is no Air Conditioner in the house. Guest access You will have access to the entire house. Other things to note 1. This is a No Smoking property. 2. The listing is for 8 adults but if you have children under age 10 please let us know while booking. 3. No parties allowed. 4. No confetti, glitter or play dough. 5. No pets allowed. 6. Please provide ID of all those who have done booking and no visitors other than those who have booked. 7. If you need everyday cleaning of the house or dishes there will be additional charges for that. 8. Sand toys are available for little kids to play at the beach. 9. No jumping or diving in the water well, and please keep little kids away from the well. 10. There are no life guards at the beach so please exercise caution.
