Charming house in the city center of Plérin-sur-Mer. Ideally located, you can fully enjoy the center and all its amenities on foot, from the weekly market on Sunday. Our accommodation is 5 minutes from Les Rosaires beach and close to many other seaside resorts (Binic, Saint-Quay-Portrieux, Paimpol) The street is nevertheless very quiet despite its strategic location. The little extra? A furnished terrace and a parking space. The space The 60 m2 house is located in the city center of Plérin with secure access and a parking space. It sleeps 4 people comfortably and consists of: - Entrance with cupboard and toilet. - Fully equipped kitchen: washing machine, fridge with freezer, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, Dolce Gusto machine, kettle and toaster; - Living room with a bay window leading to the terrace dining room table, sofa, TV and free WiFi access; - Outdoor terrace, equipped with a dining area with barbecue. - Upstairs, a bedroom with double bed (140 x 190 cm) and a large dressing room; - second bedroom with double bed (140 x 190 cm) and closet; - Bathroom, with vanity, bathtub, towel dryer; Linens and towels are provided, as well as some welcome products. A folding crib is available. Guest access You have access to the entire house. For your convenience, the entrance is completely autonomous using a key box and the arrival instructions that will be communicated to you following your reservation. If needed, we remain fully available. Other things to note To make your stay as enjoyable as possible, we offer the following services: - Free WIFI. - Private and secure parking space Useful: - Dolce Gusto coffee machine. For your convenience, we do not charge a cleaning fee. However, we kindly ask that you leave the house in the same clean condition as when you arrived. Dirty laundry should be collected and left outside the front door. Thank you for your collaboration! A flat rate of €25 per hour will be charged for any cleaning not done.
