Very quiet, relaxing location 20 minutes from beautiful beaches of South Padre Island. Perfect couples retreat located behind a private home in the bayside town of Laguna Vista. The space Casita del Sol has been a guest favorite for years. The Casita is a stand alone guest house that is located behind our private home bordering the South Padre Island Golf Club. The Casita comes fully equipped for a relaxing couples retreat, complete with access to our private pool and hot tub. Inside the Casita, you will find a very comfortable queen size bed, two recliners, a kitchenette with sink, microwave, mini fridge, toaster, and coffee maker. The Casita also has a bathroom, a television and DVD player, along with DVDs and books. Our guests have access to the entire backyard area, including outdoor patio table and lounge chairs. Parking is just a few steps away from the Casita in a designated parking spot in front of our golf cart garage. Guest access Guests will have access to the Casita through the gate that is on the right side of the single car garage. Once you enter the gate, follow the sidewalk towards the pool, and the entrance to the Casita will be through the double doors. Our guests have full use of the Casita, as well as use of the pool , hot tub, and backyard area between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. Other things to note Neighborhood amenities include heated lap pool, exercise room, tennis courts and pickle ball courts. SpaceX launches can be viewed from yard. Close to South Texas Ecotourism Center and Laguna Madre Wildlife Refuge.
