We welcome all adults, but we ask that the atmosphere remains calm and considerate. If your intention is to host a party, we kindly ask you to reconsider, as it may be best to book a different property that is more suitable. We do not want to compromise the comfort of our neighbours. Guest access Guests have access to all areas of the house except the 1st floor linen cupboard and the cellar Other things to note - There are 6 steep steps from the carpark down to the patio area. There are 3 steps up into the front of the building and a further 5 steps up to the communal living area including the kitchen, both living areas and dining room. - We have stemless wine glass available at the property but feel free to bring your own should you require wine glass with stem. - If below 0 degrees our exterior areas may be icy and slippery so please approach cautiously taking extra care at steps. - Cooking oil and laundry detergent are not provided at the property. We recommend bringing these items with you if needed, or you may purchase them at nearby stores. - The property is self-catering, so we kindly recommend bringing along any additional supplies you might need during your stay. - Please do not put the hot tub cover anywhere near the heat source pump. - The hot tub can be enjoyed not later than 9:30 PM. Also, don’t forget to bring extra towels for the hot tub! **Important Note:** To prioritize safety and minimize the possibility of water-related accidents, we require ***children under 11 years of age*** to be supervised by an adult and the use of the hot tub would entail personal risk. - We do not accept stag/hen parties or similar. - Please respect our neighbours at all times. - We kindly ask all guests to come inside by 10:00 pm, as some of our neighbours have young children. - Fireworks are strictly prohibited. - Once your booking is confirmed, we’ll be in touch to request your email address.
