A 2 min drive south to Big Pocono State Park will provide hours of hiking trails and breathtaking views! Come see it all for yourself! The space Your perfect base for exploring the Poconos awaits! Located 2 minutes from Camelback Resort and Big Pocono State Park. You can embark on endless activities (Tannersville outlets, Harley Davidson store, Pocono Raceway, Kalahari, Mt Airy casino & golf course to name a few) all within close proximity or soak up the peaceful mountain ambiance. Enjoy new flooring throughout the entire town home which provides a clean, comfortable accommodation at a fraction of the price of local resorts. Living Room Floor to ceiling windows and natural light welcome you as you enter (contactless) through the front door. A large sofa invites guests to play any number of house board games or to soak up the beautiful views. If you wish to wind down after a day of exploration, a smart TV can assist. Located next to the living room is the newly renovated kitchen and dinning area! Kitchen A newly renovated kitchen (hardwood flooring and Maytag appliances) will make any stay customizable for the traveling chef or snacking kids. Enjoy your meals at the newly crafted breakfast bar with four stools or at the table in the dinning room. Crate and Barrel dishes, Keurig coffee machine and numerous other gadgets stock the space for food creativity. Hidden behind a closed door is the washer and dryer to send you home with a suitcase full of clean clothes and no dirty laundry! Gaze out the kitchen through the sliding glass door into the dinning room for never ending views of the mountain. Dinning Room A new round wooden table welcomes guests to sit and enjoy a meal. Even better, rise early to watch the pink, purple and orange sunrise or stay up late to see Camelback mountain trails covered in twinkle lights. Back porch Slide open the glass door and walk out into nature to sit for coffee in two whicker chairs or at the picnic table with benches. Whatever you chose the views won't disappoint! Primary Bedroom A king sized bed, wooden dresser, leather bench outfit the primary bedroom. Attached is a private bathroom with two sinks, ample storage, and new shower head which all helps create a relaxing atmosphere after an active or relaxing day. Bunk Room Four guests can enjoy their own bed with two sets of black wooden bunk beds. The dresser can accommodate plenty of clothes or toys to keep the room organized. Connected to the bunk room is a full bathroom with a new shower head and space for all your toiletry necessities. Max weight for the top bunk is 150lbs. Queen Guest room A queen bed, dresser, and bench outfit the upstairs queen guest room. Easily accessible to the upstairs bathroom. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire town home (excluding locked owner's closet). There are a number of FREE amenities available for guests including a free camelback beach parking pass valued at up to $50 per day! Memorial Day to Labor day guests will have access to a heated community pool equipped with a kid pool and playground overlooking Camelback mountain. ***NOTE*** the pool is being renovated and we are waiting for an update on completion. The community limits the pool usage per town home to the max occupancy - for our town home that is an 8 person limit. Steps from the pool you will find a newly painted multipurpose court. Ready for action with the following sports: tennis, pickle-ball, basketball. The court is available on a first come first serve basis and please bring your own equipment (4 pickle-ball paddles and balls are provided) . Other things to note House and Home Owners Associate rules are in place to keep everyone safe and make sure their stay is enjoyable :) Security- There is 24/7 patrolling for the safety of the community. Guests- Max of 8 overnight guests. Note children and infants are included in that maximum of 8 people. First and last names of all guests will need to be registered one week prior to arrival date. The HOA mandates that a maximum of 3 families can stay at the townhome. Cars- Max 2 cars can be parked in front of the town home. All vehicles will need to be registered one week prior to arrival (license plate number/state). Overflow parking for additional cars can be found on Camelback Drive near the community pool. Nothing larger than a mini van/ SUV can be parked in front of the townhome. No large passenger vans can park in front of the townhome. No RVs are allowed on Northridge local roads. Fireworks and Firearms are PROHIBITED- a $500 fine will be enforced without a warning. Trash- Please dispose of all trash at the communal compactor which is located behind the overflow lot. Only trash bags go in the compactor no large items/furniture etc which we doubt you will be traveling with anyways :) There is no curbside pickup. Trash should never be left outside as it can attract bears. Quiet hours- Please be respectful of the neighbors who share a wall with our unit from the hours of 10pm-8am. We have asked that they do the same so everyone can enjoy their stay. Rule Violations/Additional cleaning fees: Guests assume all responsibility for any citations deemed by security or damage/additional cleaning needed for the town home. No Pets or smoking please. Minimum age to make a reservation : 28 yrs old. By booking with us you agree to adhere to the home and HOA rules. A full list of rules can be provided upon request.
