This house is in a great central location. Close access to restaurants, grocery, movie theater but also backs up to 6 acers where one can watch deer, squirrels, birds and an occasional fox off the back porch. A 2 minute drive to a trail head with 8+ miles of trails around a pond, lake and creek. Plus 4 other lakes and multiple other trails within a 20 minute or less drive. The space There are 3 bedrooms 2 on one side of the house and the master on the other. One of the rooms is set up more for office but has a futon in it for sleeping.
