Enjoy the best of city and country living in our SEPARATE Guest House . Swim in our saltwater pool and warm up in the hot tub. Walk 3 minutes to Percy Priest Lake to fish and enjoy water sports . Kids love Nashville Shores Water Park on the lake which featlures sand beaches, slides, a zip line, miniature golf and more. Providence Marketplace is only 2 miles away with amazing shopping and dining opportunities. Mt. Juliet is a safe, new boutique community with over 300 eating establishments. The space This lovely (SEPARATE) Guest House is a perfect get-away. Swim in the pool, walk to the lake and fish for dinner. The 750 sq. ft. upstairs bedroom has 2 queen beds, and a day bed to sleep 4 guests comfortably. There is also a private dressing area. The open plan in the downstairs makes entertaining easy. The kitchen contains full-size appliances, all small appliances, and cooking necessities. The dining room seats 6. Need to do laundry? No problem. Stream the two tvs for your favorite shows. House is equipped with Separate private wi-fi, adult and childrens' books and games. A playpen and baby high chair are available. Guests may use the pool and pool toys after signing a liability waiver. Guests may also use the fire pit or request to use the 2 bicycles, and croquet set. Guest access Please park so that your car hood is facing the GUEST PARKING sign. This will enable us to use all garage spaces. The driveway is very long and has plenty of space for multiple vehicles, u-hauls, etc. A lock box with the an extra key to the pool house is attached to the 2nd gate. Owners will provide code by text if they are not able to greet guests. The owner may text guests that the Guest House door is unlocked, house lit, and key on the kitchen counter. Other things to note For fire and safety reasons the house is unable to accommodate more than 4 individuals. Other arrangements MUST BE made if there are additional people. Children must be supervised closely, especially when the pool is open (May - Sept). Please Note: If you have friends visit, please have no more than 4. Also, no more than 3 cars on the property at any time. Your friends may park in the designated area or in the grass to the right of the detached garage. The hosts really love their job and want to help you in any way to make your visit to Nashville memorable.
