Looking for a comfortable and good location This bright 34m2 single-story dwelling includes a terrace , garden , kitchen/living room , separate toilet, bedroom , shower room adjoining the bedroom, office and parking space . It is ideal for a couple, a family with a baby (we have a travel cot), or a family with one child (sleeping on the sofa bed). The space Facilities: heating, TV, kitchen (induction stove, fridge, toaster, microwave, kettle, Tassimo espresso machine, dishes), barbecue (charcoal not included), sun loungers, parasol, hair dryer, iron, Wi-Fi and bicycles. Possibility to install a baby crib, to be requested at the time of booking. We provide linens and towels, the bed will be made. Cleaning is included in the price, we will just ask you to take care of your small dishes.  In case of absence, a lockbox is accessible. Located on a quiet street, facing a tree-lined square, near a chapel, 600 meters from the beach. In the parallel street you will find bakeries, bars, restaurants, pharmacy and supermarket, no need for a car. Merville-Franceville is a charming town located on the Côte Fleurie, offering a pleasant living environment with its beaches, natural areas, its medieval and fanciful festival "Cidre et Dragon", its markets and its many leisure activities: sailing club, kayaking, kitesurfing, long coast and tennis... Ideally located in this small seaside resort on the coastal road that goes from Mont Saint-Michel to Honfleur.
