The space The accommodation is located on the fourth and top floor of a historic building at Via della Rosetta 7, so like many similar buildings in the area, it does NOT have an elevator. It consists of 5 rooms, plus bathrooms and terrace. They are divided into: - An open entrance that gives access to the double bedroom with en suite bathroom, the second bathroom with shower and laundry area, and the living room; - The master bedroom is spacious and bright with a comfortable bed (180cmx200cm), wall closet, loggia with wooden armchairs under the windows with a game table, and en-suite bathroom; - The bright and cozy living room overlooks the terrace. It connects to the kitchen and the study/second bedroom. Featuring a comfortable sofa bed (140cmx200cm) with chaise longue and 55-inch television; - The kitchen is spread across two floors divided by 3 steps.
