Cozy Apartment

In the AP you will find: • Living room with sofa, smart TV and Wi-Fi/Integrated with the kitchen; • Fully equipped kitchen with utensils and appliances, American counter with two stools; • On the balcony, there is a table with four chairs; • Laundry room with a sink, a clothesline and an iron; • 2 bathrooms; • Bedroom 1: queen-size bed, wardrobe, air-conditioning and bathroom; • Bedroom 2: queen-size bed and standing fan; • We do not have a parking space. The street has a camera and is very quiet. Other things to note Notes: • Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment; • Visitors are not allowed; • Parties are not allowed; • No pets allowed; • If any item or appliance is broken, please let us know; • It is mandatory to hand over the keys to the host at the end of the stay; • Don't forget to close the windows and door, and turn off the lights, air-conditioning and fan when leaving; • Very well located, downstairs there is a bakery and nearby there are supermarkets, a gas station, and a beverage distributor.
