The house is very comfortable. Guest access This is a private guest house with its own gate. It does share a large courtyard with the other casitas on the property. The yard has several sitting areas for guests to relax. Other things to note Built in 1938, this property had seen better days when we purchased it, but we’ve restored it with care. After focusing on renovating the houses, we’re now enhancing the landscaping. Guests can enjoy a spacious shared courtyard with multiple seating areas and a cozy fire pit—perfect for relaxing.
