Guest access You'll have complete access to the full home. There are up to 4 available parking spots in the driveway, and free street parking if needed. Other things to note 1. Please note not all of our available dates are placed online for booking at one time. If you see a date that isn't bookable that you are interested in, please feel free to contact us for availability and pricing! 2. This is my personal home and will live close by when renting out. Prior to releasing the check-in information, we will need to have a quick chat with you over the phone to discuss a few house rules. 3. Pool and hot tub heating are an additional service that is not included in your booking price. It's an additional fee of $75 per day (when outside temperature is above 70 degrees) or $150 per day (when outside temperature is below 70 degrees) for pool heating. Hot tub heating is an additional fee of $25 per day. 4. Propane tank rental is NOT provided, guests will need to source their own. 5. In addition to keeping our home in great shape, we ask all guests to sign a Guest Agreement Waiver Form to understand all house rules and complete a Security Deposit of $2000. This can be done by a secured link or through Airbnb. Please ask us about the two different options should you have any questions.
