The space Lovely, modern, bright and homely apartment with a touch of Spanish design. The property consists of a spacious open plan living room with dining table and an open galley kitchen area. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything that you might need to prepare meals. To the side of the living room you have access to a sunny private balcony with table and chairs and village and mountain views. There is a hallway which leads to the master bedroom which opens up onto the balcony. Next door is a twin bedroom, both bedrooms have plenty of closet space and views of the village. The bathroom has a shower, bath and bidet. The apartment is fully air-conditioned (apart from the twin room) with heating in winter and comes with wi-fi internet. There is also a washing machine available for use. Parking is very close and convenient. The village has a bank, cash machine, supermarkets, a pharmacy, fish market and a post office. With a great offering of local bars & restaurants. There is Friday morning market in the square selling fresh fruit and vegetables. There is also a large outdoor public swimming pool within walking distance. The apartment is right on the hiking trail up to La Maroma mountain or the El Saltillo suspension bridge. It is also a great base to explore nearby locations such as Nerja, Malaga or Granada and is 30 mins to the beach. Guest access The entire apartment will be at your disposal. Not suitable for wheelchair users, as access is via steps. Other things to note Parking is on the street or in the car park 100m away.
