A sprawling driveway leads you to the homestead where you can unwind & connect with nature. Wildlife roam freely on the property adding to the serene atmosphere. As the sunsets , gather around one of the fire pits or step on to the beach for a cozy evening under the stars . Elegantly designed with luxury furnishings providing a perfect blend of comfort & style. The space Our homestead consists of a beautiful sun filled open plan lounge , dining & kitchen with a wood heater & reverse cycle air conditioning, these rooms have stunning water views . The kitchen is fully equipped with a large gas cook top & 2 ovens to cook up a storm . Equipped full of beautiful Robert Gordon pottery tableware . Coffee machine & smeg appliances included . Also a beautiful cafe style window opening up to an outside bar & amazing water views . Our pantry is packed with baking essentials which guests are welcome to use while staying & also a couple of cereal options to help yourself to. Every stay comes with a complimentary pack of local produce left on the bench, fresh milk & butter. Or relax in a second cigar style lounge with luxury furnishings, leather & velvet chairs, a good book & a glass of complimentary port. Master bedroom consists of a very comfortable king size bed , beautiful water views, luxury French linen & plush gowns . Second & third bedrooms consist of queen size beds also with French linen, plush gowns, luxury furnishings & private garden views . A fourth large room has 2 x single beds , comfy chair , kids corner, lots of board games, along with some outdoor ones such as Jenga, domino’s etc & lovely water views . Bathroom has a free standing bath , separate shower , vanity & toilet along with luxury bath sheets & bathroom products. Hairdryer Fully equipped laundry with washer, dryer, iron & ironing board. Washing pods included. Kayaks x 3 are available for complimentary use, please let us know if you would like to use these & we will make them available along with life jackets & fishing rods. We also have 2 adult bikes & 2 child’s bikes available for your use , please let us know if you would like these left out. We have 3 friendly Pekin Ducks that live on the property, their names are Mr. Waddles, Mrs Tiggy Winkle & Jemima Duck , they love having guests stay & we leave food for you to feed them. August / September brings out our Banjo Frogs who play up a wonderful percussion throughout the day in our large pond / Lagoon … this is such a treat to listen to !! You will also share the property with a large amount of wallabies who live on the property/ some who will let you hand feed them if you move in gently , along with pademelons & wild ducks. Family’s of black swans live on the River alongside our property. Once you arrive, you will not want to leave !! Guest access Guests have full access to the entire home & 3.5 acres of land & gardens . Ample parking on property Other things to note Please be aware that you will be sharing 3.5 acres of private gardens with local wildlife that live on the property.
