The space To get to the house, you must first get to the Tilapa jetty, where the vehicle is parked. From there, the transfer is made by boat to a point near the house; this journey takes approximately 10 minutes and costs Q10 per person. Then, walk a few minutes to get to the property. We share the contact of our trusted boatman to coordinate the transfer safely and easily. The house is in Tilapita, a little-exploited and very quiet area, ideal for those looking to disconnect, enjoy nature and the beach without crowds. Because the area does not have the electrical capacity to support air conditioners, the house does not have them. Each room has 2 standing fans for added comfort. Temperatures range from 27 to 32 degrees, as it is a warm area. However, a pleasant breeze usually blows at different times of the day on the outer ranches. Being an underdeveloped area, there are no supermarkets nearby. There are only neighborhood stores where you can find the most basic things. We recommend buying everything you need before you arrive, especially food and drinks. The nearest supermarkets are in La Blanca, the municipality before arriving in Tilapa. We also recommend bringing cash, as other payment methods are not accepted in the area. For any need during the stay, you can consult Don Adolfo, the housekeeper, who will be available to support you. Guest access The property has large common areas that include a living room, kitchen and indoor dining room, as well as 6 bathrooms and 4 private bedrooms. Outside, there are 2 chill-out ranches: one with a dining room on the second floor and 2 sofas for reading or relaxing, and another with 4 hammocks, ideal for enjoying sunrises and sunsets.
