This basement bedroom and bathroom is fully renovated with a new high end sofa bed with a queen sized gel top mattress. It has a dedicated entrance to outside, a mini fridge, Cable TV and wifi. Overnight parking is available at Green P parking one minute away. The space This 325 sqft space has a high end sofa bed with a gel top mattress, so you can enjoy the space as a sitting area or a bedroom. *NOTE* A Sofa bed is a sofa that pulls out into a bed. The image of the bed is the sofa pulled out into a bed. Also, the subway is close to our house and you can hear it. A sink and mini fridge mean you can warm up meals and snacks and keep drinks cold. There is a desk that can double as a dining table. There is a dedicated coded door outside to well-lit stairs with access to the street and you can come and go as you please. Within this basement is a locked door that separates this bedroom from the rest of the house. Although soundproofed during the renovation, there is a family with children who live upstairs so you may hear people living their lives. We are also near Bloor Street and the subway line, so you will hear normal city background noise. The sofa bed model is the Kildonan/Paliser model and is comfortable and easy to take in and out. You don't need to remove the cushions. Bloorcourt is a bustling downtown neighbourhood full of restaurants, bars, parks, comedy clubs, a theatre/cinema and grocery stores. We are located a 5 minute walk to both the Ossington and Dufferin subway stations, and a quick Uber ride to downtown for any sporting events, concerts, hospital appointments, in person meetings or the theatre.
