Relax with the whole family in this very quiet, peaceful neighborhood where all the neighbors are super friendly and enjoy the outdoors. This house has a very private, separate master bedroom w/queen bed, and then three other queen beds in the bedrooms in the main part of the house, a full/queen hideabed in one living room and a twin size hideabed in the other living room. The entire property hosts 8 guests for no additional cost, or $55 per person per night over 8 people up to 11 people. The space This is the option to book the entire property. There will be no shared spaces if you book this listing. There are other options to book the 1/1 or the 3/1 alone (which in that case would be a shared backyard and laundry area). This 4 bedroom 2 bathroom house has an open concept, with two living rooms with hide a beds, master bedroom was separated from the main house. The master bedroom is accessed through its own door in the backyard and is very private from the rest of the house with its own bathroom and kitchenette. All four bedrooms have queen size beds. The backyard has a pool, table and chairs, umbrella, pool loungers, hammock, hanging lights and more! The garage has one parking space inside, a washer, and a dryer. There is also parking available in the driveway (two spaces) and parking available on the street at no cost. Guest access All common areas of the property are for guest use (with the exception of course of the crawl spaces). If for any reason the door code is not working, contact us. We can usually walk you through how to use the door code. If for some reason the door code still does not work, we do have lock boxes with keys and will give you the code for that. Other things to note The landscapers come on Saturday mornings. The pool is serviced every Tuesday. Please be respectful of the neighboring properties. If a repair is required, guests must notify the host immediately. Guests must use the swimming pool in compliance with the manufacturer’s instructions. The safety fences around the property must remain secure and the gate locked. Take note that the CDC reports that drowning is one of the leading causes of death for children between the ages of 1 and 4, and it’s the 5th leading cause of death by accidental injury for people of all ages. Use caution around bodies of water.
