Sea La Vie 🧜‍♀️ Take in the ocean vibes, smell the salty air, spot a whale or two from the deck and soak in the sound of crashing waves. Only a two minute walk to the beautiful Swimming Creek beach. Close to parks and only a 30 mins away from the touristy town of Belligen and 40mins to Coffs Harbour. 🐳 Bedroom 1 ~Queen bed ☀️ Bedroom 2 ~Bunk bed 🌊 Bedroom 3~ Double bed The space 3 bedrooms, first bedroom has a queen size bed, second bedroom has a bunk bed with a single up the top and a double down the bottom, third bedroom has a double bed. Living area has a nice leather lounge with a television, this is just a regular free to air television and not a smart TV. Kitchen is equipped with utensils needed for cooking and a BBQ outside. Fridge has filtered water. The place has reverse cycle air conditioning to stay cool in the hot months and warm in the cooler months. There are also pedestal fans for each room if needed. The balcony has a great view of the ocean and some beautiful morning sunrises. Guest access Our upstairs area is a 3 bedroom space with kitchen, bathroom and toilet. Downstairs contains another living area which is unavailable due to renovations. The middle door you will have access to a small washing machine and dryer and an extra toilet if needed.
