Centrally located in one of Tupelo’s historic neighborhoods, just minutes away from local eateries, parks, shops, Cadence Bank Arena, Tupelo Regional Airport, and the birthplace of Elvis Presley. Our space is complete with a large kitchen area, queen size bed, a spacious walk-in shower, bidet, as well as TV in both the living space and the bedroom so you can relax your way. You also have first access to our pool during the warmer months. This stay was originally known as Duckingham Palace 🖤 The space The property is a recently renovated guesthouse next to our primary residence. It has a full bathroom, full kitchen area complete with countertop appliances, a living area, and bedroom. The bedroom is a separate room, however, it is set up more like a loft: the bedroom walls do not go up to the ceiling (this is for airflow from the mini-split). Guests have first access to the pool; should we plan to use it during your stay, we will reach out to you beforehand. The pool is open year round, however, it is warm usually between Memorial Day through the middle of September. Guest access All spaces inside the guesthouse are available for guest use including the patio and pool. If you need to use the EV charger, just let us know before your stay and we will have it readily available upon arrival. Other things to note Parking is available in front of the guesthouse; room for 2-3 vehicles. Please do not park in the yard as we have plenty of concrete. If you have an oversized vehicle (like an RV), please let us know beforehand as we have power lines that could create an issue. There is no oven, only a toaster oven. The guesthouse does not have its own address, so for DoorDash or other deliveries be sure to specify guesthouse around back instead of the primary residence.
