Centrally located in one of Tupelo’s historic neighborhoods, just minutes away, parks, shops, , Tupelo Regional Airport, and the birthplace of Elvis. Our space is complete with a large kitchen area, queen size bed, a spacious walk-in shower, as well as TV in both the living space and the bedroom so you can relax your way. The space The property is a recently renovated guesthouse. It has a full bathroom, full kitchen area complete with countertop appliances, a living area, and bedroom. The bedroom is a separate room, however, it is set up more like a loft: the bedroom walls do not go up to the ceiling (this is for airflow from the mini-split). The pool is open year round, however, it is warm usually between Memorial Day through the middle of September. Guest access All spaces inside the guesthouse are available for guest use including the patio and pool. Other things to note Parking is available in front of the guesthouse; room for 2-3 vehicles. Please do not park in the yard as we have plenty of concrete. If you have an oversized vehicle (like an RV), please let us know beforehand as we have power lines that could create an issue. There is no oven, only a toaster oven. The guesthouse does not have its own address, so for DoorDash or other deliveries be sure to specify guesthouse around back instead of the primary residence.
