This peaceful accommodation offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. In the heart of the vineyards, 15 minutes from Chambéry, bright house, old press tastefully renovated. Access to the mountains as well as to various swimming points (Lake St André 10 minutes away, Lake Thuile 20 minutes away). Hiking possible from the house. Possibility of tasting local wines in the village! The space The house is composed, on the ground floor, of a large kitchen with living room, and a large entrance room that can be converted into a bedroom space (convertible bed and shower/toilet in the room). The living room opens directly onto the garden. Two desks are available as a workspace in the living room with Wi-Fi access. Upstairs you will find 2 large bedrooms. A master bedroom and a children's bedroom with bunk bed, crib and changing table. There is also a bathroom with bathtub and double sink, as well as a separate toilet. Finally, the floor is completed by a mezzanine library that can be transformed into a bedroom space (either 2 single beds or 1 double bed). The house has all the amenities for babies and young children (crib, high chair, baby-cook, games, etc.), which we leave at your disposal. Guest access Self check-in with lockbox.
