Please contact me before you book The apartment is equipped with everything you can expect (100 Mbit Broadband Wifi Internet, Complete kitchen with microwave & dishwasher, Livingroom with high standard furniture, Cable TV and shared Washing machine and Dryer in the cellar. The apartment has an extra small Bedroom, a kitchen, bathroom, big terrace and a huge Living room with a very big couch and 2 single sofa Beds It has space for up to 5 persons. There are 2 extra single beds possible in the the living room and a 5th person can easily sleep on the huge couch. The Apartment is very central. Only 5 min to two Subway stations and several tram stations. 7 min to the city center with Tram 44. Parking is possible for 4 Eur / Day in the nearby Park&Ride Ottakring. The only thing is that you have to consider can not make noise after 22h and that Partys are strictly forbidden. Also the Terrace can NOT be used after 22h So you get here a great Rooftop Terrace Suite for a fraction of the costs of a Hotel room - quite a good Deal!
