The Maison des Artistes

Old building completely renovated, comfortable, 195 m2, nestled in a peaceful village but not far from the Capital of Time. Small courtyard and two private parking spaces adjoining the house. Cleaning to be done before leaving the premises. 2 night minimum stay. Bed linen is provided but not towels. Please note that this wifi speed is slow. The space N°1 Chambre des Forgerons: on the ground floor, without steps, composed of a 160 x 200 bed, a sofa bed and a private bathroom. N°2 Chambre des Oliviers: upstairs, composed of a 160 x 200 bed. N° 3 Camargue Room: upstairs, consisting of a 160 x 200 bed. N° 4 Chambre du Venin: upstairs, composed of a 160 x 200 bed and two sofa beds. Each bedroom has a small desk. Separate toilet on the ground floor and toilet in the upstairs bathroom. The water heater capacity is 200 L. Be careful if there are a lot of you. Electricity charges are extra with meter reading. Guest access All beds are equipped with quality mattresses. Provision of a baby bed. The house has two stairs to get to the floors and mezzanine. Children are of course accepted but the accommodation does not have a safety gate. Underfloor heating in the living room on the ground floor, radiators in the bedrooms. Music, painting and literature coexist there. Large screen TV with video library, games for the whole family. Other things to note We are located 15 minutes from the highway (A36), 25 minutes from Les Auxons TG TGV train station, 30 minutes from the historic city center of Besançon and the Vauban citadel, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, 15 minutes from Pesmes (one of the Most Beautiful Villages in France), 4 minutes from Marnay (City of Character). The Dino-Zoo Park (40 min), the Maisons Comtoises de Nancray and the Gouffre de Poudrey (45 min) as well as the Grotte d'Osselle (30 min), the Courbet Museum (50 min) and the Royal Saltworks (55 min) listed by UNESCO are also easily accessible. Fishing, canoeing, horseback riding, karting, swimming pool, ice rink, climbing nearby.
