Other things to note Property Details: * Initial Supplies: Provided items (Keurig k-cups, trash bags, paper products, soaps, detergents) are for initial use only. You must purchase your own once these items run out. * Keurig Coffee: Complimentary Keurig coffee pods are provided. * Cooking Supplies: We provide basic cooking items like pots, pans, salt, and pepper. Cooking oil is not provided due to variety. Optional Heated Pool & Spa: * Heating Fee: $45/day for the entire stay or remaining stay. Note: It takes around one day for the water to warm up enough for comfortable use. * Pre-Arrival Heating: Complimentary heating can be arranged before your arrival if paid for the entire stay, at least 3 days before check-in. Once the heater is turned on, the fee is non-refundable. * On-Demand Heating: If requested during the stay, the heating fee is due through Airbnb Resolution Center, and a $50 service fee will apply for technician availability. * Weather Considerations: Pool/spa heating may not work effectively during extreme winter temperatures (below 55°F) or summer conditions that cause water chemical imbalance. House Rules: * No outdoor shoes inside the house. * No food or drinks in bedrooms. * Turn off all lights and lock doors/windows when leaving the property. * Keep doors/windows (including patio doors) closed if air conditioning is on. * Bring in outdoor cushions to protect from weather. For your safety and enjoyment during your stay, you will be required to sign a mandatory rental agreement that includes important local regulations and house rules. Please note that Florida is home to various insects and wildlife, especially in natural and residential areas. It is common to encounter animals such as deer, raccoons, snakes, and insects in the surrounding environment. For your safety, please keep all exterior doors closed at all times. We have contracted a professional pest control company to provide monthly treatments inside and outside the property to help minimize insects. However, despite regular treatments, you may occasionally see insects inside the home. This can happen when doors are left open or when insects are inadvertently brought in through luggage, shopping bags, or other personal belongings from previous guests or outdoor activities. To help prevent attracting insects, please dispose of garbage daily and clean up food crumbs or spills promptly during your stay.
