Located only 20 meters from a beautiful river with a private jetty and grass beach. A private rowing boat is available at the beach for wonderful excursions on the water. Fishing opportunities are available. Small apartment on two floors, stairs to large upper floor with sleeping area/living room. The stairs are steep. Not handicapped accessible.
