Family Country Home

Relax with the whole family at this countryside home, surrounded by fields on the edge of a quaint little English village. This 4 bed semi detached home offers you a comfortable place to take in the incredible views and wildlife, go adventuring to country pubs via the plentiful walks all on your door step. The house is located 8-12minutes walk from the centre of Felsted village where there is 2 pubs, a village shop and 2 cafes. The space As you enter the house you come into the hallway, with stairs to the left and in front is the living room. The living room is spacious and overlooks the garden. There is a large flatscreen smart TV in front of the corner sofa and lots of board games & puzzles (adult and child friendly!). The patio doors open onto a patio and outdoor corner sofa and BBQ area. We can offer use of a peloton bike which is located to the back of the living room. Through the living room is the kitchen and dining area which has access to the garden and outdoor dining table. Off the kitchen is a downstairs toilet and laundry room. The garden is big and mature! A pool can be set up in July/August for an additional (£60 fee). There is also a trampoline and kid’s playground (slide and climbing wall). At the end of the garden is a gate giving access to a nature reserve and lots of walks. Upstairs is 4 bedrooms. Master bedroom (king bed) with en-suite, 2nd bedroom (double), 3rd bedroom (single bed), and the 4th bedroom (single bed). Bedroom 3 and 4 are set up as children’s room but beds also suitable for a single adult (they do have side bars). There is also a family bathroom. Guest access All rooms available except the garage and downstairs study will be locked. Other things to note This is a quiet neighbourhood. This is our family home so equipped as such. It’s in good condition but well used! Not all personal belongings will be removed as this is our main home. Some cupboards (and shelves) will be emptied for you in each room, cupboard food, spices, oil, salt pepper, tea, coffee, sugar will be available for your use, we just ask anything that is emptied you replace.
