The space On entry to Thimble cottage there is a Inner porch for you to be able to store your coats, shoes, boots and umbrellas. You will then enter the lounge/ dining area. This is an lovely space with a wood burning stove and beamed ceiling. Perfect for relaxing on those cozy evenings. Next there is a step up into the kitchen, a small but perfectly formed space, well equipped with everything you need should you wish to cook at the cottage during your stay. Complete with stone flooring, Belfast sink and stable door out to the rear path to the garden. The garden is a secure and private. Complete with summerhouse and patio with table and chairs. Perfect for those summer evenings. Now follow the tradional Yorkshire stone stairs to the first floor where you’ll find the large master bedroom beautifully decorated with Catherine Lansfield bedding and curtains. Complete with and ornamental original fireplace. Following along the landing to a single room overlooking the back of the cottage And finally the upstairs bathroom recently updated with bath/shower and w/c.
