Waterfall/river/water streams start at 15 mins walk in monsoon season The space ‘thesilverlining_karjat’ is a unique container home with unhindered view of the hills from the large living room, 2 bedrooms and outdoor deck. - Pet friendly - Fully fenced so pets can roam around freely - meals available at additional charges - full time care taker who stays outside the fenced area - Projector - Karaoke - Play station 4 (FIFA, cricket and racing etc), upon request - card/board games, badminton, carrom etc - water streams start at 10 mins walk. Waterfall and river at 30 mins walk during monsoons. Dam and lake at 30 mins drive. - Treks, jungle walks, river side (monsoon only) walks can be arranged upon prior notice at minimal additional charges for the guide - CRACKERS NOT ALLOWED Sleeping arrangement is 2 queen size beds (1 in each room) and 1 sofa bed in the living room. In addition, floor mattress can be provided. Things provided - bath towels, hand towels, shower gel and other basic necessities. Not included - tooth brush, shampoo and conditioner (pls carry your own) Things available for use are - Projector Speakers Smart TV Appliances - Refrigerator, RO water purifier, microwave, toaster, kettle Games - Monopoly, Mono deal, Scrabble, Sequence, Uno, Playing cards, Jhenga, badminton, cricket bat and ball Only Jio networks works. We have 2 wifis - Jio and local cable network Please note our 2 dogs at the property have their own separate fenced area and they stay away from the villa compound Other things to note - Property is 25 Km (40 mins) away from Karjat station - Our place is in the middle of greenery and close to nature so you will hear insect sounds and see insects. if doors/window nets are left open, insects can come inside also. And this is the case with all the places which are in the middle of nature and not surrounded by buildings. - ACs do not run on power back up so AC will not work in case of electricity outage. Room ACs work on solar power so on sunny days, room ACs will work during day time in case there an electricity outage. If you need AC back up 24x7, generator can be arranged at an additional charge of Rs 2K per day. - only Jio network works. We have 2 WiFi connections - Jio and local cable network. Internet may also go off sometimes when electricity is out or when it’s raining heavily during monsoons.
