Other things to note The property is situated 2 miles from Insch which has public transport availability, mini supermarkets, public bar, Indian restaurant, Chinese takeaway and a nearby garden centre (Kellockbank) which has a great restaurant / cafe open until 4pm. Insch is close to the Bennachie hill walking range (5 miles) and Dunnydeer hill fort (1 mile) and is located 25 miles from the City of Aberdeen. The region is home to the earthy and creative cities of Aberdeen and Dundee, rich farmland, misty glens, rugged stretches of coastline, charming fishing villages, and plenty of things to do, including a remarkable number of ancient castles and storied whisky distilleries.
