Bring the whole family to this home with lots of room for fun! It is in the Renton Highlands and conveniently located with easy access to Seattle, Bellevue, and surrounding cities. This 2,780 square feet, 5 bedroom / 3.5 bathroom home comes with all new memory foam mattresses in each bedroom. The master bedroom has a king size bed and the other bedrooms have queen a size beds. There is also a living room with twin or full bunk beds, making this home a place for the whole family to enjoy. The space This home sleeps up to 16 people and was designed for families, group travelers, and wedding parties. This lovely 2 story house is located in the Renton Highlands.. It is 2,780 square feet and has 5 bedrooms & 3.5 bathrooms. T There are 4 bedrooms upstairs and 1 bedroom with living room downstairs. The downstairs bedrooms has its own private bathroom and has a washer and dryer inside. The master bedroom upstairs bedroom has its own private bathroom, while the other 3 upstairs bedrooms have a shared bathroom. We provide a “starter pack” to make your stay more comfortable. There are toilet paper, napkins, shampoo and conditioner available to help get you started. If you need more of these items, there is 3 grocery stores (QFC, Safeway, and Albertsons) within a 5 minute drive. Guest access Guests can access through the front door using the lock pad and entering the 4-digit code that will be provided by the host prior to check-in. Other things to note NO SMOKING inside or outside near the property - a $500 cleaning and odor removal fee will be assessed if there is any smoking. NO PARTIES - neighbors will call the police for loud noises / disturbance and if this occurs, you will be asked to leave the property without a refund. MAXIMUM GUESTS RULE WILL BE ENFORCED - this includes overnight guests and visitors. Please do not exceed the maximum guests (either overnight or visitors) allowed or we reserve the right to enforce a $100 fee per guest over the limit and/or cancel the reservation without a refund. If you have questions regarding the guest limits, please send us a message before booking the home. NO PETS - due to severe allergy and health reasons for our family, please do not bring pets. A $300 fee will be applied for any pets that enter the home. Please clean all dishes, cups, and kitchen items before checking out. The dishwasher is available to use and has dishwasher detergent and rinse aid liquid. Please use both items to ensure the kitchenware are clean and spot free. Neighborhood trash pickup comes every other week on Friday early mornings. If you are staying Thursday night, please take out the trash to the public street and take in the trash Friday afternoon once the trash company picks up the trash.
