The apartment has 3 bedrooms, a master bedroom with a double bed, a children's bedroom with a fold-out children's bed and another room on the top floor with a sofa that opens to a bed, 2 bathrooms and a large sun terrace. Close to a park with a playground and a commercial shopping center. 15 minutes to Ben Gurion International Airport. About 2 km from Lod Central Train Station. About 20 km to the nearest beach in Rishon LeZion, and about 20 km to Tel Aviv. High accessibility to exit the city via main roads. Other things to note Parties/events of any kind are not allowed. We ask that you do not bring pets into the duplex. The duplex is not accessible to the disabled (no elevator).
