This place to stay is truly one of a kind. The Hideaway is a single cottage for people who enjoy hiking from the front door. The Hideaway is a single cottage for a single traveller / walker. It has a single bed with window overlooking the foothils of the Old Man of Coniston. Fast Wifi, TV with Freeview, mini fridge, shower bathroom toilet. It is an ideal cottage for Fell Walkers, Poets, Artists and anyone who enjoys a peaceful location. The space The Hideaway is a single cottage with all facilities you would expect. TV, WiFi, En-suite bathroom. All linen and towels are provided on a room only basis. Tea, coffee, water and biscuits are also provided. There is a table and chair outside. Guest access Access is from th the car park at the front of Wheelgate. There is a map to show you where to park and walk to the cottage. There is a key box for self check in. We always recommend you carry a torch is you are returning in the dark.
