Bookings made on behalf of others are not permitted. - Smoking or vaping of any kind inside the property is strictly prohibited. If any evidence of smoking or vaping is discovered, a $300 cleaning fee will apply. Please be aware that the property is equipped with a device that detects tobacco and cannabis products. - Parties or large gatherings of any kind are strictly prohibited. If you would like to host a small gathering, please contact us first for approval. Failure to comply with this policy may result in immediate eviction and a $1000 fee. - If you break or damage something, please let us know and arrange for its replacement or repair. PET POLICY - Pet Fee: A non-refundable fee of $75 per pet applies to each stay. Be sure to include pets in your reservation. - Type of Pet: Dogs are the only pets allowed on the property. - Kenneling and Training: All dogs must be kenneled and fully house-trained. - Waste Disposal: Pet waste must be bagged and placed in the outdoor garbage bins. A $50 fee may be charged if we must clean up any pet waste. - Furniture and Bedding: Dogs are not allowed on any furniture or bedding. - Carpeted Areas: Dogs are permitted only in non-carpeted areas. (Please note that the upstairs bedroom with two beds is fully carpeted.) - Liability: Guests are responsible for any damage or injuries caused by their pets.
